World of Warcarft sucks

So yeah, I'm done with this stupid game. Hopefully I'll have more time to do other stuff now, like not play soccor. hahaha

Nothing interesting to add really. Life is pretty boring now soccer is over. I'm about to start my new job at work tho, I might write about that later.

Ocean's 13

Oceans 13 is overall not a bad movie. It is quite an interesting movie, not as good as the first one, but better then the second. In my opinion.

The Plot is fairly straight forward, and the way the team go about achieving their goal is very well done.

They run into unexpected hiccups, as well as expected hiccups, and even though we know the plan they still manage to suprise us.

7/10?

Shrek 3

So yeah, I went and saw Shrek 3.

I don't feel that it was as well done, or as well thought out as the rest of the Skrek series, but these days alot of people seem to be trying to get onto the trilogy bandwagon, even if they're running low on material. The jokes were pridictable and the plot was close to non-existant. It was a cute kids movie but I was personally dissapointed.

I'd give it a 5/10. Alright, but not great.

28 Weeks Later Review

Hello and welcome to my blog, since I have nothing interesting to say i will tell you about 28 weeks later. The movie.

I won some free tickets via the Hoyts competition and so I went to see it.

I loved 28 Days later and I had high hopes. Hopes which were brutally dashed.

The movie started out with lots of action, and some tragedy, and was overall a good start, but as the movie moved along it became increasing frustrating to watch. The characters starting making idiotic mistakes, and the chaos and havoc that the rage virus created was all self-inflicted.
I will not go into detail all the horrible plot holes (assuming there was a plot) as there is not enough pages on this blog.

Overall it was a frustrating movie with hardy any plot, it left with a “cliff-hanger” and only provided a little bit of important information which I assume will only be useful in the 3rd installation. Although I seriously doubt that after this effort there will be enough revenue to start a 3rd movie.

If you liked the first movie, then you will be seriously disappointed with this one. I recommend you avoid this one or you may very well end up feeling like you have the rage virus and the urge to kill something.

Overall I give it 3/10.

End of an Era

Well, that's it for us. Soccer season is OVER. With more loses then I can count under our belt our soccer team is finally retiring as the undefeated losers.

So thus hails the end of an era. The Era of soccer, I shall miss the fuzzy balls being kicked at my face, the screams of my teammates as they hurt themselves, the dissension amongst the ranks as our captian does more stupid things.

Oh well it was fun while it lasted.

More Soccer

So yeah, Just had another awesome Soccer game.
We played against the (supposidly) easiest team and we still lost, at this rate we're well on our way to being the worst-team-in-the-history-of-indoor-soccer-ever.

I'm not going to bore you with details, there was lots of yelling, bit of bitching, and some newplayers joined the team sorta.

All round good fun, I enjoy the run and the ball getting kicked at me at 100KPH.

YAY

Spiderman 3

I went and saw Spiderman 3 on the weekend.
I think it was pretty good.

It's got your usual battle scenes, and it mixes in some elements of love and mateship which is really cool.

Venom is played by the kid from that 70s show which is really cool.

Overall plot development is alright, and the special effects are really good.

I would give it an overall score of 7/10.

SOCCER PAWNAGE

Dear Reader.

I went to indoor soccer tonight and guess what? I was responsable for the winning GOAL!!!

Yup, I was goalie and missed the ball.

On the bright side, I did actually score a goal. I kicked it right thru the goalies feet. N00b!!

Another day another dollar

So yeah! Back at work again. We managed to break both printers so i can't print anything, so I have this pile of papers at my desk which I can't do anything with cause i need to print more stuff. Gah.

So I'm going to go for a quick coffee break. yup yup yup!!

I wish I had something more interesting to tell you... wait I do!

The other day the guys in the office put a shrub on one of the other guys chairs when he was out and they decorated it with phones, ipods and even a hat. I have a picture somewhere that i might upload if people are interested.

Anyway, thats about it. We like to play childish pranks on each other. I'm quite low-key tho, unplugging cords and adjusting people's desks is about all I do at the moment....

Boring

Yeah, wow. Today is pretty Ho-Hum. I have to hang around work for freaking ages cause the bloke giving me a lift isn't finishing the same time I am.

I would catch a bus but I hate buses and the driver who does my route doesn't like me. I'm going to pay him in 5 cent coins next time I see him. hehehehe

Get a haircut

Hey. Nothing new happening. Kinda boring actually.

I entered a MTG 2hg Tornie on the weekend. We can 2nd last, and only cause another team dropped before we did.

it was pretty bad. Maybe next time I won't name our team N00bsauce. (self-fulfilling prophecy)

And I'm considering cutting my hair.

Hello All,

I got a new desk at work, I'm much closer to my fellow co-workers now. Which is prob not a good thing. People are constantly walking behind me and it's driving me nuts. plus anyone can see what I'm doing. (or not doing)

I think I might ask to get moved back to my old desk.

So anyway, this is a bitchin blog cause I'm so pissed right now.
As you know I play indooor soccer with some of my mates, anyway we suck pretty bad so we're in the lowest grade. And this is where the story starts:

I wiped the sweat off my forehead. I had just been practicing kicking a few goals while I waited for the rest of my team to arrive. Finally I saw them out of the corner of my eye and I went and joined up with them.
The game was about to start, and they were just in time. I walked onto the field and noticed a few girls. I thought to myself.... "Is this right? We're an all boys team and we're versing girls." I personally quite like girls but to face them in a sport such as indoor soccer was a tad strange.
I shook the suspicion something was wrong. Then I noticed they were all wearing high quaility shin guards, again, "this is out of place" I thought to myself.

BEEEEPPPP the whistle blew and the game was underway, no time to think, just play. Play like a madman. The other team had the ball, I attacked as I normally do, fast and hard, yelling my battle cry!!! Gah!! What happened? He dodged my attack, and not by sheer luck! This is most strange and I took a step back. No! I thought, this guy is good, Too good.
I subbed off and talked to the desk. Hmmm, apparently this is not the team we were supposed to face. What the?
Nooo, this is an A grade Mixed team that was too good. Soo good they moved to the all boys grade. But why were we fighting them? WHY??
Needless to say we were hammered, PWNED, OWNED!!! I could understand. It was not a fair match, our team was annoyed but hey, I shrugged it off. Everyone did, everyone except one person. He was still carrying on like a little girl. For a second I thought I was the one on the mixed team. He normally carries on a bit when we lose and I accept it. But to carry on like that when we were obviously outmatched I thought was inappropraite. He continued to make comments like "oh i hate this game" and "I'm going to quit" *sigh* I wanted to slap him sooo bad.

I walked to the counter to get a drink and I noticed another F grade team, "Hey guys" I said, I recognised them from last season. Turns out, on the internet page, they were the team we were supposed to face. Good work Indoor sports Centre!!
Anyway, they were a player down and asked if i wanted to play on their team for a bit, we played a quick social game with the mixed team that caned us. Unfortunetly, while I had managed to escape injury thus far I got a ball kicked square in my face. AGAIN! Almost broke my glasses. AGAIN. I recovered and kept playing, then I got the ball kicked my nuts. OMFG!!!!

Anyway, that's my rant for today.
Moral of the Story?
- Don't help people.
- Don't play soccer with girls or they'll kick u in the nuts.

Boxfit...

yeah, so I went to boxfit last night and we got the army dude. He's prob not really in the army but he looks and sounds like he would. Anyway he tried to work us all to death again. It felt like I was on the biggest loser only I didn't win a million dollars.

Work's good, kinda boring but it pays the bills. ANZAC day is coming up soon so I'm looking forward to the midweek break. Again you have my pity if you work retail.

Database down again

I got boxfit again tonight, cept the normal trainer is gone and we have a new guy. Hope he goes easy on us.
Hey does anyone else watch Heros? It's such a good show, kinda like X-men.

I made egg sushi last night out of random junk in the pantry, the few days before payday always suck.

Hot Chocolate

hey the funniest thing happened the other day. My mate (Mate = friend for you non aussies)Chris bought a hot chocolate with fresh cream on top from Gloria Jeans. For some reason he had a straw in it, and he was eating the fresh cream (which is cold) and then he took a massive sip of the hot chocloate (cause he was eating the cream and thought the whole thing was cold) and burnt all his taste buds off. It was hell funny. Well, not for him.

Anyway. interesting stuff..... I switched to Mochas instead of Hot choclate. I think I might ask for a white hot chocloate next time. Or a white Mocha. yeah!!! That'd be cool. Otherwise it's been pretty standard. Stay tuned tho, Something interesting has to happen soon. maybe tomorrow.

Database is down

Hey, the database thing I use at work is busted so I can't do any real work. How lame is that? I mean I was all geared up to do lots and lots of work after procrastinating yesterday and I can't cause i can't access anything. OH poo. Looks like I'll have to spend my time writing BLOGs. lol.

Not much happening, going to the gym today. Got my xbox 360 back from the shop, and my glasses should be ready. $230! what a rip!!! For one lens. *sigh*
Maybe i'll have better luck tomorrow.

ooo I finished Dead Rising. Good game that! I finally found the tank vehicle but instead of driving it, I had to try and escape from it. =( still a good game tho.

Procrastination

Hey, I'm writing this from work. shhhhh

yeah I know it's bad but I'm just bored and can't get motivated to do any work. So I thought I'd get help with my Procrastination by reading an article on how to beat Procrastination!!! Kinda of an oxymoron since I only read it to procrastinate. lol. ah such is life.

Easter was great fun! did two dinner parties thingys and played some singstar. 300 was an awesome movie btw!
4 day weekends rule, if your not in the Public service, get a job there! It's flipping sweet!

300 comes out

Yay! It's Thursday today! And since tomorrow is Good friday I don't have to go to work so today is really the new friday. Yay!!!! On the other hand my heart goes out to all who work retail as I used to be a Liquor manager at Woolworths and I know the pain that is Public hoildays. Public hoildays do not mean rest but instead more work. GAH!!!!

On the bright side: 300 also comes out today, I'm going to take half a day off work to go see it in the arvo so we can beat the rush. (I hear it's really good)
300 is about a gorup of 300 Spartans who hold off an entire army of Persians but unfortunately do not survive the onslaught. Should be good, that's about the most interesting thing that's happened to me this week. Maybe something interesting will happen to me next week.

And on the 3rd Day

Today I went to Boxfit, it was lots of fun but our Boxfit instructor is leaving. =( lame. He was awesome dude!
I hope we don't get the army guy, he was tough. Like something from the biggest loser.

I'm going to take half a day off work morrow to see 300. looks really really good since I like that kinda movie. Yeah Boy!

My Xbox 360 is still broken so I got nothing better to do. Oh well. What can you do about it. Stupid microsoft.....

First Day on Blog

So, I was riding home with my mate Dave and one of his Co-workes Nia and she told me about this thing called a Blog, I've heard of this BLog thing before but i decided to try it after hearing her rave about it in the car. (there was no escape and so i gave in)

Anyway. I guess I should write something interesting....

I got a soccer ball kicked in my face while I was goalie at indoor soccer. Snapped my glasses lens and gave me a nasty cut. I'm alright tho, takes more then a soccer ball to the face to down me.
Moral of this story? Don't exercise, it's dangerous.
